We ship using your choice UPS Ground and Air, depending on how far you are and how fast you want cake faced. 💨

Local? We offer free local pickup—because sometimes you need your cake yesterday and we respect that.

Just a heads-up: we don’t ship to P.O. Boxes (booze and boxes don’t mix), but we’ll get it to your doorstep like the frosting-fueled pros we are.

We ship Monday through Thursday to make sure your cakes arrive fresh and fabulous.

🍰 Orders placed before 8 AM EST will usually ship same day.

🍰 Orders placed after 8 AM EST will ship the next shipping day.

🍰 Orders placed after 8 AM on Thursday? They’ll ship the following Monday (because no one wants their boozy cake stuck in a weekend warehouse).

We always try to ship your goodies as fast as possible—but sometimes there are delays due to high demand, ingredient restocks, or the occasional frosting emergency. 😅

We use a third-party carrier (UPS) to deliver your deliciousness, and while we guarantee your order will be ready to ship on time, we can’t guarantee the exact arrival date. Things like weather, address hiccups, or delays on UPS’s end can slow things down. If that happens, don’t worry—we’ll help you work with UPS to get it all sorted out and make sure you’re taken care of. 💜

Totally fair question—and good news: your cakes are just fine.

Here’s the deal: Our cakes life are extended when kept refrigerated once they arrive, but they’re safe to ship unrefrigerated. We include ice packs during warmer months to help keep them cool and cozy during transit—not to keep them frozen. So if your ice packs show up melted, they’ve done their job.

Just pop ‘em in the fridge (or freezer if you’re saving them for later) and they’ll be ready to party when you are. 🥂

We’ve lab-tested the goods to make sure they can handle the journey—even in summer. Still not sure? Snap a pic and reach out—we’re always happy to take a look and make it right if something went sideways.

Not at all! That sneaky little seal sometimes lifts for a couple reasons:

1. You may have loosened it while unscrewing the lid (we see you, cake enthusiast 😏), or
2. We packed that jar so full of boozy goodness that the sealing machine just couldn’t handle all that thicc-ness. 💁‍♀️

Either way—your cake is perfectly safe to eat. The seal isn’t what keeps the cake fresh, and it doesn’t affect quality, texture, or flavor one bit. In fact, back in the day, we didn’t even use those little pop-up buttons—our cakes were still moist, magical, and devoured in seconds. 🥄
