Realized you put the wrong shipping address? Accidentally ordered during a sugar rush? Don’t panic—we totally get it.

If you need to cancel or correct an order, reach out to us ASAP at lululiquorcakes@yahoo.com with your order number (or text (865) 766-7448). We’ll do everything in our power (and frosting-covered hands) to make it right.

That said, sometimes we move real fast around here. If your order has already been baked, packed, or picked up by UPS, it may be too late to cancel—but we’ll always try our best to work with you and make sure you’re taken care of.
