We were genuinely surprised and disappointed to see your review—especially considering the time, effort, and generosity we’ve shown in working to resolve this situation.

As noted previously, your original order was shipped to the exact address entered during checkout. While the error was not on our part, we still offered to completely remake and replace the items at our own cost, which is far beyond what our policy requires. We also agreed to meet you halfway on the new shipping cost, again purely as a gesture of goodwill.

We’ve responded quickly and professionally throughout this entire process, with the goal of making things right—even when we weren’t at fault. Given the circumstances, it would be more than reasonable for us to require you to cover the full cost of re-shipping. However, we’ve continued to offer a fair and accommodating solution.

We’re simply waiting on your portion of the shipping fee so we can send the replacements. We truly hope you’ll consider updating your review once you receive the items and the situation is fully resolved.

I absolutely loved the LBC cake jar. Those two fruit combinations with the cheesecake flavor just explodes in your mouth! 10/10 Will purchase again if made available!
