Tell it like it is, cupcake: The only thing I have to complain about is by the time I got my last order all the ice was gone. It was warm. The cakes were warm and when I opened one of them to eat it, the coffee one it wasn’t sealed good.

Just to clarify: our cakes are shelf-stable and not meant to arrive cold. The ice packs are included to help prevent frosting from melting during transit, but they’re not designed to stay frozen or keep the cakes cold.

As for the seal—sometimes when the jars are extra full (which most people love!), it can affect the seal a bit. On the flip side, when we don’t fill them to the top, we get complaints about that too. 😅 It’s a tricky balance, but we’re always working to improve.
