– Shipping: We ship to all 50 states! Please note, you must have a minimum order of $49.75 to qualify for shipping. (This does not mean free shipping)

– International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping (but we hope to one day!)

– Local Delivery: For those located in Knoxville, we offer free local delivery for orders over $34 and within 6 miles of our storefront located at 941 N. Broadway, Knoxville, TN.

– Local Pickup: Save on shipping and pick your order up for free at our storefront located at 941 N. Broadway, Knoxville, TN.

Our shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. If you place an order after 1:00 PM EST it will go out next day. If you place an order after 1:00 PM EST on Wednesday it will go out the following Monday. This is to ensure the freshness of your cakes!

Lulu Liquor Cakes contracts with a third party shipping vendor (UPS) to deliver your package. As such Lulu Liquor Cakes can only guarantee your order will will be ready for shipment on the day specified in the paragraph above. We cannot guarantee the arrival date. Certain circumstances such as weather or address issues can delay the pickup or arrival of your package. We will be happy to work with you and UPS to resolve any delays that occur, however, Lulu Liquor Cakes cannot refund any part of your order as a result of shipping delays or incorrect deliveries.

We recommend eating our cake jars within 7 days after receiving them. Refrigeration will extend the shelf life to 14 days after receiving them.

Need them to last longer? Our cake jars can be frozen for up to 6 months.
